PayKey’s Responsibility to Our Customers and Community – A Message from Our CMO
These are challenging times for all of us, with unique challenges the financial industry faces, which are imposed by social distancing, on one hand, and the uncertain economic situation of many of the customers on the other hand.
We, at PayKey, perceive the rapidly changing and uncertain global situation around COVID-19 as an opportunity for us to work together to support banks and their customers worldwide. We are dedicated to enabling easy onboarding and usage of mobile banking services for more and more customers – just when they need it the most.
At the end of February, PayKey transitioned to a mandated work-from-home policy. We took these steps with the health of our employees in mind and to ensure that throughout this period of uncertainty, we maintain operational continuity. We have adapted our working procedures, and all our teams are at full capacity, ready to serve and be there for you. I can full-heartedly say that today we are socially distant, but no less connected.
