Mexico: Consumer Behavior and Attitude Towards Banking Keyboard

The study shows that the Mexican consumers are interested in accessing financial services within social & messaging environments, through the mobile keyboard. The study revealed that Mexican consumers:

  • Used at least one different mobile keyboard on their device.
  • Have encountered a situation where they needed to access banking services while chatting on social apps.
  • Would like to use the banking keyboard to access financial services while using social apps.
