Customer Success Manager


PayKey enables banks, telcos, and mobile wallets to offer customers instant access to financial services, including P2P payments, balance check and top-ups – from within ANY mobile app. Our patented Social Payments Solution™ creates a frictionless experience and is already serving 20+ banks and digital wallets around the world, including HSBC, Standard Chartered and ING.

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our sales team.



  • Plan and provide an outstanding onboarding experience to PayKey’s new customers;
  • Monitor usage and engagement level and work together with the clients to optimize and demonstrate constant value;
  • Drive customer’s renewal by monitoring and maintaining excellent customer health in all aspects;
  • Drive growth by identifying upgrade / up-sell / cross-sell opportunities and generating new revenues with existing customers;
  • Develop exceptional relationships with PayKey’s customers by functioning as a trusted advisor and grooming PayKey’s champions on the customer’s side;
  • Provide business insights internally for improving PayKey’s customers’ experience.



  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Customer Success or Account Management in B2B (or better B2B2C) SaaS companies;
  • Experienced with owning customer’s renewals and expansions technically and commercially;
  • Exceptional customer orientation, interpersonal, listening, written and verbal communication skills – a MUST;
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level;
  • English fluency both verbal and written – a must;
  • Additional languages spoken, especially Spanish or Portuguese – a strong advantage;
  • Knowledge and experience working in the Fintech industry – an advantage;
  • Ability to be an independent, proactive and out of the box thinker;
  • Travel required – initially 10-20%, can grow over time.
