No need to open a dedicated app – your telco button on the keyboard enables immediate access from all communications apps, driving a seamless, intuitive experience.

PayKey is a white label solution. At its core is the patented Mobile Banking Keyboard, customized for each of our customers to include their unique branding, payment flow and additional services. You will receive the keyboard as an SDK that easily integrates into your existing mobile app. There are no backend components, and no backend integration is required.
PayKey is not involved in the actual transfer of funds, and the entire transaction is handled by the telco. PayKey simply adds a unique front user interface to the existing transaction flow that already exists in your app. Any functionality that exists in your transaction can be brought into the keyboard, including adding a greeting, sending payment slips and even scanning a QR code. Moreover, any authentication method required by your telco can be brought into the keyboard.
PayKey’s solution is available for both iPhones and Android devices. For the iOS platform, our offering consists of both the keyboard-based extension and an iMessage extension, enabling direct access to financial service from within any chat.
Users do not need to download the keyboard: it’s automatically added to their phones once they download your app or update it.
The Telco Keyboard is automatically added to a user’s device upon installation or update of your mobile app. We recommend including in-app promotions to notify users that the keyboard is available to them, as well as providing instructions for keyboard activation.
Changing a keyboard is simple and quick. The user only has to select the Telco Keyboard™ once in his or her device settings. From that point on, the keyboard is always available to them, from any app.
We believe that one of the most important factors of a successful implementation is that the Banking Keyboard™ becomes the user’s default keyboard. In order to make this happen, we have developed a keyboard that meets the highest industry standards in terms of performance and functionalities. This includes multiple features that enhances the typing experience, such as:

The PayKey solution is as secure as your app. Since the solution is based on an SDK integration with your mobile app, it becomes an integral part of the app, hence supporting the same security characteristics. The Telco Keyboard typically doesn’t initiate any networking activities, thus being totally resilient to breach threats.
PayKey enables each bank to dynamically customize its authentication method based on a variety of parameters, such as user characteristics, transfer amount, total periodic volume, etc. Obviously, all main authentication methods are supported, including pin code, pattern, touch ID, face ID, etc.
All transaction and account information is managed by your company. PayKey doesn’t view or store any data. No information is sent externally.
