We are looking for a rockstar, creative Senior Sales Manager LATAM to bring cutting-edge customer experience solutions to the world’s leading banks and telcos.
Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you will be responsible for delivering annual sales quotas; defining market strategy plans and executing them; and managing key customer and business partner relationships.
- Lead and close large enterprise software deals, working with C-level executives with a focus on line of business (LOB) in the LATAM region
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
- Territory planning and execution
- Pipeline inflow and management
- Establishing and managing channel partners in defined growth markets
- 5-7 years of enterprise B2B software or SaaS sales experience in the LATAM region in face-to-face job roles, with a proven track record of success. This is a MUST
- Deep knowledge and understanding of banking and/or telecom industries is a must
- A natural hunter, enjoys going the extra mile to delight customers
- An overachiever, eager to prove his/her track record of consistently exceeding quotas
- Fluent in verbal and written English plus Spanish and/or Portuguese
- Willingness to travel (30-40%)
