Marcom Manager

PayKey is an exciting and fast growing Israeli Fintech startup. We are looking for a creative and motivated Marcom Manager to lead our marketing communication activities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and create all B2B marketing content and materials including: sales decks, presentations, newsletters, blog posts, case studies, etc
  • Work closely and liaise with Product, Sales and Marketing team to develop go-to-market and messaging strategies as well as tactical plans for product promotion across all marketing channels
  • Lead and manage public relations activities
  • Website management including SEO and Google analytics
  • Research, evaluation, and management of international trade shows
  • Allocation of annual Marcom and Marketing budget
  • Manage company social media pages (paid and unpaid)

Job Requirements:

  • 3-4 years experience in a similar role at B2B or B2C global hi-tech company
  • Hands on experience in marketing (offline & online)
  • Creative thinker with ability to identify trends in the market and adapt them to business needs, focusing on sales and marketing.

Skills

  • Mother tongue English (MUST) – Very strong writing capabilities, strong content creation skills
  • Strong project management skills – ability to multi-task, meet multiple deadlines
  • Detail-oriented, problem solver with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently, while also having the skills to collaborate with individuals and across teams
  • Quick learner, flexible, highly motivated and willing to work in a young spirit, energetic atmosphere
  • Assertive and able to work under pressure
  • Bsc in Marketing / communication / business administration
